Rooted in both Peruvian and Austrian heritage, my life has unfolded across three continents, revealing a world rich in diversity, wisdom, and transformation. The call to awakening came through moments of exploration, self-discovery and spiritual quest that unearthed the sacred intelligence of Nature and the deep bond we share with Mother Earth – my journey led me to one unwavering truth: we are interconnected beings on a Living Earth in a Living Universe and, true transformation begins within.
This journey ignited a deep commitment to living and leading from the heart with authenticity, driven by the profound wisdom of Nature.
I am Claudia, and I stand as a bridge between worlds—ancient and modern, seen and unseen, personal and collective. As an Evolutionary Guide, Transformational Leader, Regenerative-Holistic Advisor, and Spiritual Mentor, I weave ancestral wisdom with modern insights to guide visionary women, catalysts of change, and leaders toward courageous, heart-centered, and wise leadership.

Life unfolds in a sacred spiral, a dance of continuous contraction, expansion and evolution. Dedicated to my own personal healing, growth, and transformation, coupled with my multicultural upbringing across several countries including Peru and Germany, I have explored and studied various avenues of inner-outer and spiritual development, allowing me to navigate diverse realities with curiosity, reverence, and a spirit of integration.
I came to realize that true change literally begins within ourselves and transforms everything, in us and around us.
I believe that coming from a consciousness of Love and cultivating a heartfelt reverence for All of Life is the foundation for genuine care for humanity, the Living Earth and all its living beings.
Rooted in a blend of modern science and knowledge, transformative learning, living systems and ecosystemic thinking, transformational coaching, and ancestral wisdom traditions, I create generative spaces where human potential, healing, and growth merge with timeless truths and contemporary relevance to support meaningful transformation.
With over three decades of interdisciplinary experience across corporate and tourism business, sustainability, leadership, and indigenous teachings, I have inspired, guided and mentored over 5,000 individuals, leaders, and teams to rethink, reimagine, and redefine success, and reconnect with a larger vision of life.
As a result, they expanded their perspectives, found clarity, saw new possibilities and purpose, and attained a renewed sense of direction, that translated into taking inspired action in their lives practicing new habits and organizational sustainability initiatives.

As a curious being, I continue to learn new things each day and expand horizons of what is possible and my own ideas about what it means to live a purposeful life.
In times of societal, spiritual, and ecological divides, embracing our connections, empowered by the feminine essence of nurturing and love, is critical.
I am trained in transformational coaching and facilitation with the Institute for Women-Centered Coaching, Training and Leadership, hold certificates in conscious, soul-centered and regenerative leadership, sustainability, and the Andean Mystical Tradition Sacred Arts. I graduated from the Inner MBA, as well as personal development and spiritual transformation programs.
As a student and practitioner of Andean Mystical Traditions, Ceremonial and Shamanic Healing Arts, Claudia honors ancient Peruvian Nature Wisdom. I walk the path of the Ñusta Paqo, a female practitioner of Inka Wisdom in the Q’eros and other lineages, continuously learning and expanding my understanding of ancestral Andean Mystical teachings.
I believe that coming from a consciousness of Love and cultivating a heartfelt reverence for All of Life is the foundation for genuine care for humanity, the Living Earth and all its living beings.
I am being guided in the cultivation and practice of living energy medicine healing techniques, rituals and ceremonies rooted in the cosmology and ancient millenial traditions of the Peruvian Andean and Inka Wisdom traditions. I incorporate the principles and insights from Andean Cosmology and Nature Wisdom into my life and transformative work.
It is a way of life—a regenerative and conscious way of being in service. Walking in the path of living energy, seeing with the heart, and loving with the mind is a way of living to which I am deeply committed.
I have been involved in volunteer and pro-bono work (Link with Giving) for over 17 years.
Born of Peruvian and Austrian roots and a multicultural upbringing, I reside between Peru and Germany, and lives, works, collaborates and plays in English, Spanish and German.
I love Mother Nature, adventure, hiking and communing with the natural world. I am an avid learner and reader, I appreciate good food, soulful music vibes, and being around kindred souls.

My Story and Journey Behind my Vision
Having lived through my own transformation and recalibration, I know that something new is possible.
Born from a quest for deeper meaning and purpose, my journey propelled me toward my own trajectory of awakening, spiritual transformation and total recalibration. I embraced the paths of healing, inner growth and self-actualization. This journey led me to realize what Love truly is and how change begins within ourselves first. It unveiled a deep unbreakable connection, peace, richness, awe, beauty, and magic in life that I could not fully recognize nor see before.
I have pursued multiple avenues for self and spiritual development and through studies and practice in various traditions, and awareness- and Nature-based modalities including A Course in Miracles and Andean spiritual arts, I have gained insights into the consciousness and interbeing of life’s tapestry unfolding a holistic narrative of personal and collective transformation. A Course in Miracles is a self-study program of spiritual psychotherapy based on universal spiritual themes.
Driven by a relentless passion for learning and exploring my original Peruvian ancestral roots, I have been exploring pre-columbian and Inka wisdom, mythology and cross-cultural shamanism, which I apprenticed under revered Maestros and authentic and modern-day wisdom keepers from esteemed lineages.
This journey brought me further into Andean Mystical Traditions and Nature Wisdom teachings, involving adventurous travel and pilgrimages as a spiritual quest to awe-inspiring and unforgiving landscapes, impressive archaeological sites, and power places, fostering over time a much deeper connection with Mother Earth and Nature’s healing powers.
I discovered a spiritual depths, and Peruvian cultural wisdom and natural majesty. Along with my adventurous nature and fascination with legends, archaeology, anthropology, and healing traditions, I expanded my exploration of these inner and outer dimensions.
This path has brought me closer to understanding universal unity, the themes of interdependence that meld our realities, and unequivocally lead to a change of perspective and learning to see with our hearts.
Let’s walk this path together, inspired by Nature’s Intelligence, empowering the wise feminine, and nurturing our seed of full potential that lies within us all.
