My

Story

If we want a new world we must create a new world, and the only one that will really be new will be one that is aligned with love.

I guide driven, visionary, and quietly restless women and leaders in coming home to themselves, so they can live and lead with clarity and coherence, in deeper relationship with others, Nature, and Life itself.

My Own Becoming

I was born in South Africa, rooted in Peruvian and Austrian heritage, and shaped by life across three continents. From early on I carried a quiet longing for belonging that I could not yet name.

For many years I built a life outward. Professional identity, family, achievement, contribution, responsibility. From the outside, everything appeared coherent. Inside, I was living in imbalance and disconnection with myself. Too often I was unconsciously doing it the masculine way, compromising myself in order to fit in and to be seen.

A personal crisis caused my identity to collapse. The structures that had defined me dissolved. That rupture initiated a journey of spiritual awakening, of deaths and rebirths, and of genuine questioning of everything I had taken for granted about who I was and how life was supposed to work. My own path of healing, inner development, and personal renewal brought me to realize that true change begins inside ourselves, and changes everything. That it is our response-ability to develop new ways of seeing, thinking, and being.

Through breakdowns and breakthroughs, I reconnected with my feminine aspects, did deep healing work, and life started to open up in so many wonderful ways. The greatest gift was being led to the sacred path of the Andean Mystical tradition of the Peruvian Andes. This awakening of the heart is an irreversible shift in perception. Once you see that we are relational beings woven within a Living Earth and Cosmos, arising from the same Source, it cannot be unseen.

True change does not begin in systems or structures. It begins in consciousness. Always within. It changed the way I relate to myself, to others, and to Life.

Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.

The Formation

My path to this work was not linear.

With over three decades of interdisciplinary experience across corporate sustainability, event marketing, sustainable tourism, and sustainability consulting, I built a professional life at the intersection of business, systems thinking, and purposeful change. I led an award-winning global corporate sustainability initiative, guided successful collaborative processes within organizational and destination contexts, and worked alongside leaders and institutions finding their way through change and ready to do things differently. I know these worlds from the inside. And I know what is missing from them.

Then a personal crisis initiated a different kind of formation entirely.

It began with spiritual inquiry. As a devoted student of A Course in Miracles now in my eighth year, and through deep engagement with some of the most respected teachers in human potential, sacred activism, feminine leadership, and evolutionary spirituality working today, I began to understand transformation not as self-improvement but as a fundamental shift in perception.

Then in 2018, deep in the Peruvian jungle, something opened that no study could have prepared me for. By the sacred waterfall of Gocta, I had a profound and life-altering mystical experience. A potent encounter that left me with a visceral, undeniable sense of oneness with Nature and a deep connection to Pachamama that has never left me.

Much later I understood it not as a new call, but as a remembrance. One that had quietly lived in me since childhood, rooted in my Peruvian ancestry.

From there I stepped into women-centered developmental coaching and facilitation, transformational learning, soul-centered and regenerative leadership, and graduated from the Inner MBA. I trained in neuroscience-informed awareness, somatic intelligence, and living systems principles.

At the same time, a deeper call drew me into the Andean Mystical tradition. What began as shamanic energy healing apprenticeship opened into years of devoted study with revered Maestros and authentic wisdom keepers from centuries-old Peruvian lineages. I received traditional Karpay transmissions, became a Mesa carrier, and walk the path of the Ñusta Paqo, a female practitioner of Inka Wisdom. This learning continues today in direct apprenticeship with Q’ero fourth-level Andean priests and Ñusta Pacos, the last living descendants of the Inka, taught in Quechua.

Sacred pilgrimages to awe-inspiring landscapes, archaeological sites, and power places deepened this formation in ways no classroom could. Walking in the path of living energy, seeing with the heart, and loving with the mind became not a teaching but a way of life.

This is not a collection of certificates. It is a life devoted to understanding, from the inside out, what it truly takes to transform.

My Purpose

My purpose is to support the re-emergence of a world rooted in love, reverence, and right relationship, with ourselves, with each other, with the Living Earth, and with Life as a whole.

I believe that love-ability, the capacity to love, living and leading from the intelligence of the heart, in partnership with Nature, cultivating a wise mind, and embodying stewardship, are the foundations of a purposeful, soul-aligned, and regenerative way of life.

A life that holds both inner fulfillment and meaningful contribution, where we feel deeply at home in ourselves and in the world we are part of.

What Moves Me

I believe that living from the heart, cultivating a wise mind, and embodying love-ability are the foundations of a truly meaningful, spiritually fulfilling, and purposeful life.

And I believe it is the feminine medicine needed to heal, unite, and transform the world, shifting us toward a peaceful, regenerative, and thriving future for humanity and all of Life.

As a lifelong learner and adventurous explorer at heart, I have moved between meeting rooms and sacred mountains, between organizational strategy and ancient ceremony, between the language of modern science and the language of the soul.

This breadth is not accidental. It is what allows me to bridge seemingly different worlds and meet people where they are, guiding them toward something deeper and more alive in themselves, and toward a more meaningful contribution to Life.

Through this weaving of worlds, I share expansive visions of a world rooted in love, reciprocity, and co-creation, where our intimate, living relationship with Nature restores what no theory alone can reach: our felt sense of belonging, our reverence for Life, and our desire to protect what we know ourselves to be part of.

A world that is not only optimized, fixed, or left hollow and soulless, but truly alive. More than innovation, strategies, improvement, and healing, our world needs loving.

If you are seeking the next evolution of yourself, in your life, your leadership, and your purpose, if you long to feel fully alive and truly thrive, you are in the right place.

Journey on the Spiral:
A Path of the Soul into Wholeness

Life unfolds in a sacred spiral, a continuous dance of contraction, expansion, and return. Each cycle deeper than the last. Each return to essence more expansive than before.

This is how my own path has moved. Not in a straight line toward a destination, but inward and outward, again and again, each turn revealing more of what was always already there.

Coming Home

I came to realize that true change literally begins within ourselves and transforms everything, in us and around us.

I believe that coming from a consciousness of Love and cultivating a heartfelt reverence for all of Life is the foundation for genuine care for humanity, the Living Earth, and all its living beings.

Rooted in the integration of modern science, transformative and experiential learning, living systems awareness, and ancestral and Nature Wisdom traditions, I create generative spaces where inner transformation and outer contribution meet. Where people reconnect with themselves, with Nature, and with a larger vision of life. Where identity evolves, leadership deepens, and stewardship becomes a natural expression of who they are becoming.

Because as we become, we belong. And as we belong, we serve.

This is the work. And it begins within.

If you sense that this path resonates with where you are, you are warmly invited to reach out.

Transformation does not happen in isolation

It unfolds in relationship, through presence, reflection, and a willingness to meet what is ready to emerge.

In our work together, whether one-to-one, in immersive spaces, or through my talks, I create environments that invite you to expand your perspective, reconnect with your deeper knowing, and move into aligned, meaningful action.

The greatest adventure is the one that leads you home to yourself.

Intentionally. Wholeheartedly.

The Person Behind the Work

I live between Peru and Germany, carry three languages in my heart, Spanish, English, and German, and feel most alive when I am in Nature, hiking through landscapes that remind me how small and how held we truly are.

I am a lover of good food, soulful music, meaningful conversation, and the company of kindred souls. I am endlessly curious, easily moved by beauty, and genuinely convinced that joy and purpose are not opposites but partners.

For over seventeen years I have given my time, skills, and presence in service to children, indigenous communities, climate advocacy, and social impact, quietly, consistently, and long before it became part of any professional identity.

This includes a longterm sponsorship of children in Peru through Plan International and ongoing support for the Q’ero communities of the Peruvian Andes, the last living descendants of the Inka, through donations for restoration projects and school supplies for their children.

Their wisdom has shaped my path profoundly. Giving back to them is Ayni. Sacred reciprocity. You can read more about this chapter of my life here claudiaedinger.com/about/giving/.

And my son. He has walked alongside much of this journey, visiting orphanages, planting trees, going to the indigenous communities of Hatun Q’eros high in the Andes and learning from an early age that care is not a feeling but a practice. He is, without question, one of my greatest teachers.

At the end of the day, this work is not separate from my life. It is my life. Lived from the inside out, in devotion to what I believe is possible for each of us and for our world.

Intentionally. Wholeheartedly.

What I Stand For

I believe we must develop our response-ability by developing and practicing new ways of seeing, thinking and being in the world.
