Receiving Ancestral Inka Nature Wisdom in a Time of Global Transformation
As many here on LinkedIn share certifications and professional milestones that build expertise or deepen knowledge, I’d like to share the completion of a ‘different curriculum of learning’.
A learning shaped not by credentials, but by an ancient living lineage and a direct relationship with Nature.
I have just completed my 2nd year at Teqse Muyu Paqo Yachay Wasi -Global Paqo School-, where we receive authentic oral wisdom from the Q’ero, the indigenous descendants of the Inka and master wisdom keepers of the high Andes in Peru. And while it could be framed as a milestone, what truly matters is how this learning is transmitted and what it awakens within us.
A Living Wisdom Carried Across Generations
The Q’ero offer a different way: sacred reciprocity, a continuous exchange of giving and receiving with Pachamama and the Cosmos that regenerates the web of Life. Their teachings carry a sophisticated understanding of the intricate relationship between humans and Nature, holding a highly sophisticated knowledge system rooted in reciprocity, interdependence, and living energy. It is a rare opportunity to be initiated into a relational intelligence our modern world has forgotten. Even ‘in the heart of the computer,’ as our teachers say, the transmission reaches us.

Learning directly from twelve Q’ero Elders over the past year has left a profound imprint on me and deepened my relationship with Nature.
Their presence, humility, and mastery is awe-inspiring. My heart has been opened in ways the mind cannot explain. This wisdom is not learned. It is remembered through the heart. Through this path:
• We learn to perceive the world of living energy.
• The heart becomes lighter and more alive.
• Our perception changes, and we see the world with new eyes.
• Our soul seed of purpose awakens for service.
• We reconnect with our true nature and with Nature herself.
• We begin to understand true sacred reciprocity.
Why This Matters Now
In a time of global transition, when ecological and social systems are stretched to their limits, humanity does not need more concepts alone.
We need ways of knowing rooted in the heart, in reverence, and in harmony with the Living Earth.
For Western society, our relationship with nature was shaped by extraction and domination.
What the world needs now is not more speed, but more depth. Not more information, but more wisdom.
Not more separation, but more relationship with ourselves, our souls and the Living Earth.
As nature-based and regenerative approaches gain traction in global conversations, I often notice that much of the dialogue still remains conceptual. Beautiful frameworks are discussed, yet the deeper heart-based relationship with Nature is still often missing.
There is a profound difference between understanding these ideas intellectually and entering into a lived, heart-rooted relationship with the living world.
Wisdom for a World in Transition
That is why I believe we must integrate ancestral wisdom in shaping our path forward.
When rooted in that understanding, we lead, create, and choose differently.
Imagine what wise, caring, and courageous leadership, decision-making, collaboration, education, citizenship, and design could look like.
At our closing Karpay Ayni ceremony, we return all we have received by offering our powers back to our teachers and uplifting our entire student community.
It is a ceremony of sacred reciprocity, gratitude, and right relationship, reaffirming that wisdom is never owned. It is shared.
Indigenous Inka Wisdom is one potent medicine for a world out of balance. With deep gratitude to my teachers, our school director and Maestra, and our translator for carrying this lineage with devotion.
With deep reverence for the Q’ero and the ancestral wisdom they lovingly share, I now step into my third year of teachings and practice.
If this speaks to you and you feel drawn to this kind of wisdom for a new era of leadership, I’m open to interviews and meaningful talks. Please feel free to get in touch.
