My Approach

My approach is rooted in the synthesis of contemporary and new scientific knowledge, powerful philosophies, ancestral and Nature Wisdom teachings, and both traditional and modern wisdom practices, embracing the inner and outer dynamics. It is about awakening a wise, rooted, spiritually attuned way of leading that emerges from deep connection, transformation, and purpose.

I offer a rich in-depth for personal and spiritual development and regeneration creating generative spaces where human potential, healing, and integral growth merge with timeless truths and contemporary relevance to support meaningful transformation. Each offering is part of a greater whole — rooted in Nature Wisdom and guided by the spiritual dynamics of Life itself.

My journey has taken me through the realms of tourism, event marketing, sustainability advisory, energy healing, and transformational coaching and systemic facilitation. My life is a rich tapestry woven with threads of joys, wonder, breakdown, healing, curiosity, and love—every step has prepared me to serve these unprecedented moments of time. I came across Claudia through a piece of her writing about the need for the world to find its balance between its masculine and feminine and that more of the feminine needed to come into play. The world seemed dominated by strong man politics, the erosion of trust in institutions, the devastating impacts of a heating world due to fossil fuel emissions, our casual degradation of our habitat, our wildlife, our very home...
Everything she wrote resonated with me as I reached my midlife - such a big change for a woman. So I decided to do her 10-course transformational coaching.

Claudia allows you to unpick your own stories, guiding you to revelations where you just go, 'Ah, yeah, of course – that makes complete sense now.' She tapped into the very essence of what it is to be human, part of nature, resonating with spirit and soul. It was quite amazing, and although I approached sessions nervous that I wouldn't "perform" (such were my old stories), within minutes that silliness was banished and we were able to sit in the soulful area of the mind, body and spirit and quieten the monkey mind.
