Guiding Transformation from the Inside Out

This work follows the intelligence of the spiral, reflecting nature’s cyclical rhythms of retreat and renewal. In human experience, this becomes a movement inward toward depth and remembrance, and outward into embodied expression, service, and leadership in the world.

My work supports the cultivation of a mature, open heart, where inner transformation, embodied awareness, and right relationship with Life come into coherence.

From this inner ground, a different quality of leadership naturally emerges. Not as a role to perform, but as a way of being. It arises from clarity of perception, depth of presence, and alignment between heart, mind, and action.

What follows is leadership expressed as embodied integrity and service, a way of participating in the world that is rooted in reciprocity and conscious partnership with Life.

I came across Claudia through a piece of her writing about the need for the world to find its balance between its masculine and feminine and that more of the feminine needed to come into play. The world seemed dominated by strong man politics, the erosion of trust in institutions, the devastating impacts of a heating world due to fossil fuel emissions, our casual degradation of our habitat, our wildlife, our very home...
Everything she wrote resonated with me as I reached my midlife - such a big change for a woman. So I decided to do her 10-course transformational coaching.

Claudia allows you to unpick your own stories, guiding you to revelations where you just go, 'Ah, yeah, of course – that makes complete sense now.' She tapped into the very essence of what it is to be human, part of nature, resonating with spirit and soul. It was quite amazing, and although I approached sessions nervous that I wouldn't "perform" (such were my old stories), within minutes that silliness was banished and we were able to sit in the soulful area of the mind, body and spirit and quieten the monkey mind.
I really thank her for that – and her practical steps and guidance about really carving out time for practising new habits. I would thoroughly recommend her.
